I was looking for a good service facility after the owners of my previous shop sold out. After having two of my vehicles serviced (and repaired) here, I can say I've found the one I'll be using from now forward. Bradley is very knowledgeable, Tanya is extremely helpful and everyone seems to do their best to make sure the customer is satisfied with the results. Most recently, repairing the a/c system on my MX-5, they worked diligently and above and beyond. I'd highly recommend.

Jason and Bradley did a great job by explaining the different types of tires available for my SUV. When I decided to get the Bridgestone tires, they put them on the very next business day! Thank you! I feel much safer now!

I had a great experience at Car Craft. They completed a full brake job and transmission service on my 2021 Audi S4, and everything turned out excellent. Communication was clear throughout the process, and the work was finished right around the promised time. The quality of work was top-notch. The service writers and technicians were amazing. Stevo did an outstanding job on my car, and Jason was great to work with — professional, helpful, and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!

The guys at CarCraft Watkinsville have been taking care of my needs on numerous automobiles for 8 years. I highly recommend their services as they have completed big jobs as well as small ones for me. They always do what they say they’re going to do at a competitive price & have always had my car/truck ready for drive-out when they promised. You can’t beat their quality service, prices & all around down to earth business model.
